Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
Nevertheless we do provide complimentary repair, if met with the following conditions:
1) repair is within 1 year of purchase
2) there might be changes in design if the broken piece is no longer available in the market
3) shipping is to be borne by customers, to & fro
How to:
1) DM me the clear photo(s) of the broken part @by.k.kyo
2) notify me of the tracking number so I can keep a lookout
3) once item is received, it will take up to 14 days to fix and ship the item back to you
4) if not, pass me the item during any of my booth event, i will fix it on the spot for you!

In the rare event where items are broken when received, please DM me @by.k.kyo on Instagram within 3 days after your order is received, please furnish these 2 items:
1) unboxing video of the package
2) clear photo(s) of broken items
Afterwards, I will access the condition of items and proceed with refund request if the case is approved. I will get back to you at soonest :)
